Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and are valid for 30 days. Vehicle condition can only be fully assessed in person — if the vehicle differs materially from what was described, we will discuss any change in scope or price with you before proceeding. We will never increase a price without your agreement.

Bookings and cancellations

Correction and coating work is booked in full-day or multi-day blocks, so we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. A deposit may be required for multi-day ceramic coating bookings, and is refundable with 48 hours' notice.

Mobile bookings depend on weather and site suitability. If conditions make it unsafe or impossible to deliver the standard of work we've quoted, we will reschedule rather than compromise the result.

What we can and can't achieve

• Paint correction removes defects within the safe limits of your clear coat. Defects that have penetrated the clear coat cannot be removed and will be identified before work begins.
• Ceramic coatings are not scratch-proof and do not remove the need to wash the vehicle.
• Some stains, odours, burns, tears and pre-existing damage cannot be fully reversed by detailing.
• We will always tell you what is realistically achievable before you commit.

Vehicle condition and liability

We take significant care with every vehicle. Pre-existing damage, failing paint, aftermarket repairs, poorly fitted accessories and previously resprayed panels can behave unpredictably during detailing. Where we identify a risk we will raise it with you before proceeding.

Please remove valuables and personal items before your booking. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Coating maintenance and warranty

Coating durability claims assume the vehicle is maintained as advised: pH-neutral shampoo, safe wash technique, no automatic brush washes, and periodic inspections. Manufacturer warranty terms are supplied at handover and are subject to the manufacturer's own conditions.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For multi-day bookings a deposit may be requested to secure the dates.
